..and just who’s God would that be? I’m to the point where I can’t stand another news report from the Middle East. The amount of violence in the name of religion is staggering, and the amount in the name of oil is just as great. But it did make me wonder about something. Now remember, I am not the guy to come to with your questions on religion. I probably have more questions than you do.

So I was wondering just how many “Gods” we were talking about here. How many are there? I always thought there was only one true “God.” I am either wrong about that, He is sending mixed messages, or we aren’t all hearing His message the same. How can I hear nothing but peace and goodwill from the God I talk to, while a terrorist hears murder is acceptable under the name of God? Doesn’t make sense to me.

One of us is misguided, and I don’t think it’s me. I guess another answer could be that God doesn’t really exist or that He just doesn’t care anymore, or that this is all part of His master plan. Maybe this was all some huge experiment on His part and He’s just become bored with it. You come to your own conclusions. I’ll chose to believe He really does exist and that good will triumph over evil eventually.
