Today was a slow moving, mellow kind of day. We were in no hurry to do anything because we really had nothing planned. We took a drive to Coronado, which was really nice, but it was cloudy and rainy today, so even the pictures aren’t all that great today. We did a little shopping and decided to look for something to eat. We had a couple different people tell us about In-N-Out burger so we went there. The double double with cheese is today’s preview picture for you.

It’s pictured here with a regular burger that the kids split. Great burger. Great fries. Great shake. Honestly one of the best meals I had out here.

We’re getting everything packed up to get ready to get back home. The weather looks to be improving there and I’m about to jump out of my skin the last day or so anyway. Val thinks it’s because of the steroids they have me taking. I don’t know if that’s it, but I’m glad I only have 2 more of them to take if they are the cause. This is a feeling I won’t miss any time soon. I do feel a whole lot better though. I think everyone does today.

I made the mistake of checking in at work and found that a lot of things had gone wrong. Very wrong. It’s a real shame because we were having a pretty good run lately. I shouldn’t have checked in.

Looking forward to getting back home. Oh, of course I did find my way to an Apple store while we were here. It was packed with people, which I really like to see as a user, a fan, and a shareholder. They are firing on all cylinders lately and it’s nice to see them doing well.
