		<description>I&#039;m getting a DVR, but I keep hearing horror stories about non-Tivo DVRs.  The DirecTV guy is coming to install my DVR tomorrow and I hope everything works out ok.

Other than &lt;b&gt;horrible&lt;/b&gt; customer service, I haven&#039;t had any complaints about DirecTV in the 6 months I have been a customer.</description>
