Our glorious/infamous legislature has always been a follower rather than a leader, the Doctor evidences the State Liquor Store system, the only one left in the country from the Prohibition Days. They will hold hearing, yak-yak-yak and after every other state in the country has enacted laws, PA will jump into the game. Cough-cough, excuse me I just ate dinner at a local Level Green restaurant....bit of an after-taste still in my mouth. Another case where the PA legislature puts money first.
