The button went in after moving the shifter out of park, and voila!  Thanks! One thing I'd like to see more often,though, is acknowledgement that Apple's no-Flash stance is due somewhat/mostly/exclusively to the fact that they want QuickTime and/or other Apple standards to be used instead of Flash.  Mister Jobs spins a good story, but the "too much battery life" story on Flash is a bit tired. Since I've done this the key has never gotten stuck in the ignition.
